I hate when YouTubers copy other YouTubers exactly with personality, content, greetings, etc. It's cool to use others as inspiration, but to all out copy is just annoying. I think the whole point of having a channel should be to create original content.

hes maybe just not creative enough to think of anything for his channel, so he sees something he likes and has a spark of inspiration and copies your kind of style, i dont know of anything you can do about it though just maybe he will get bored eventually, or move onto someone else haha

Copy-cats are very common on youtube. That's why always try to make your channel as unique as possible (personality centered) otherwise people with much more spare time than you will simply outperform you (with easiness).
