1.) How's my introduction and outro? Appealing?
2.) How long do I keep your attention for before you begin to lose interest in my film? (If you do, which is uncommon among my viewers, no bs)
3.) Is there anything unique about me personally or anything that you like?
4.) Within the first 30 seconds of my film, are you enticed to watch more? Do you have interest in watching the rest of the film?
5.) On a scale of 1-10, how well is my audio/video quality?
6.) Does my content match my proposition statement - "Hilarious, Relatable, Quality Content." ?
First things first, I went and watched two videos from your channel earlier and enjoyed both of them. I watched the one about that girl telling you "I have a boyfriend" when you told her about your channel. That gave me a good laugh and is something I can relate to. The other video was about the use of "Thirsty" which really bothers me just like "Salty" does.
1.) How's my introduction and outro? Appealing?
Personally, I'd do away with an intro and keep an outro. That's just me but I have ADD (I tend to ramble and give scatter brained replies as a result of that so bear with me) so It takes a great deal of will for me to sit and concentrate on watching a video from someone I don't know when an intro (I don't know how long is) cuts in the way. The intro is appealing though, I especially like the music that plays during it. I cannot stand the sound of ukele's on Vloggers videos or overproduced electronic music that plays on Gamers videos. I've been thinking about just starting my videos, getting right into the subject matter without hellos/greetings/welcomes and having a banner/logo/welcome text be right at the beginning of the video and fade out after 5 or 6 seconds. So perhaps if that appeals to you can take it into consideration but overall I think you are fine with that you have where the intro and outro is concerned.
2.) How long do I keep your attention for before you begin to lose interest in my film? (If you do, which is uncommon among my viewers, no bs)
I've managed to watch three of your videos now as I write this. I've sat thru all of em and enjoyed the messages and topics. The only things I'd have to say that are a bit negative are that the lighting and sounds can be a bit distracting at times but I mostly noticed this during the "LOVE YOURSELF // MAKE YOUR NEGATIVES POSITIVES" video wherein you were driving so there is to be some expected errors there.
3.) Is there anything unique about me personally or anything that you like?
You have a lot more common sense that most people have these days. I feel like you are blunt person as well which is a lot like me so I find that relatable. To me, I believe you have that charisma that pulls people to you like gravity. This is different between real life and online obviously but you have what it takes for people to like you on YouTube.
4.) Within the first 30 seconds of my film, are you enticed to watch more? Do you have interest in watching the rest of the film?
After the third video I watched like 15 minutes ago (as I write this) I went and watched a fourth video of yours about Eskimo brothers. That was a good one as well, very YouTube Vlogger-esque/Entertainer friendly.
5.) On a scale of 1-10, how well is my audio/video quality?
The audio really needs work. The Eskimo brother video had a lot of wind and slight static that was bothering to me. Have you tried looking into editing the audio thru Audacity? It's a free program:

Video quality is superb, I really like that Depth of Field.
6.) Does my content match my proposition statement - "Hilarious, Relatable, Quality Content." ?
Yes! Without a doubt. Keep in mind that while you are relatable, not everyone is for you. Hilarity and Content Quality is subjective so you will have to figure out what your audience demographic is mostly compromised from and see how you can further reach out to them. You have already gotten a good start with reaching out to people on Campus, now it's just about watching, learning and waiting.

^That bit is very important if you want to learn about the people finding your channel and not finding it.

^Those two tools will give you a great idea of how you can improve in certain areas.
One thing I want to touch on is the thumbnails of your video catalog. I reviewed this channel when she asked a few months ago:
https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCuAN4Zar_ta0OFidittCT1w/videos
One of the things I pointed out to her was that I liked her Thumbnails because they were very simplistic. They weren't overgrown with text, effects and icons. What Britt did there with her Thumbnails is really all you need. You have a lot of color backgrounds and small text sometimes crammed with icons and it can be difficult to see sometimes which ain't very appealing either. I know thumbnails seem like such a silly thing but working on them can entice people very easily and give the allusion that your videos are professional (i.e my videos LULZ).
In addition, try working on the editing a little more. Try to smooth out the cutaways and work on where your mouth is positioned because sometimes you turn and speak and it doesn't sound all that great. This video is a good example:
It might just be you trailing off and not being consistent with the volume of your voice but this is one issue that stands to me.
One thing I want to throw in is that if you don't see immediate results or big numbers and continued growth and such, it's not entirely because the content you produce is lacking. YouTube, just like Show Business, can be very capricious. It isn't entirely understandable and easy to predict. There are many people with a lot less talent than others who get rewarded a lot more than people with talent. So try not to let the growth game get you down if you don't see big numbers and such awarded to you.
I believe I've covered just about everything so I will move onto my conclusion. You are already very aware of many of the things when it comes to creating a channel that can match the quality and interest that larger channels have. One thing I feel that is important is self reflection. Looking at the content you produce and asking yourself "Do I find my content entertaining?" "Would I watch it?". Asking myself stupid questions like that has really helped me when it comes to writing jokes, bits and video ideas (which is something you should ALWAYS DO RIGHT AWAY when and if you get ideas). By asking myself those questions I've been able to determine what I can change or make better/funnier. Hopefully this serves you as well. That's it for me here. I hope this helps
