Two things I'd change (and I like your banner art and your thumbnails):
1. Add a channel trailer, or at least have a video that will show for new subscribers.
2. Right now, the first thing I see is "Popular Uploads," which shows videos with high views, but they're all from quite a while ago, so it made me think you haven't updated recently. I'd put your latest videos front-and-center, so people know you're constantly creating new content.
