Channel on a decline?

I agree with Kdawg and WE. You should find people who aren't subs/don't know you to review your channel for better overall feedback, and seeing where you can improve.

I also agree with Grace. Tags/Challenges don't really do much. They're fun, but you could argue that they're overdone and don't really showcase your personality as much as other videos would.

I was going to say...maybe this too. But, that seems to be what's popular so who knows.
 
I watch your videos i can tell you, it may have something to with the lack of pop culture videos, i think maybe when you did the Miley stuff, and things like it, that brought in more people, then you kind of went to tag after tag and now you are doing the challenges, i like em but if people came for one thing and get another they may not unsub but they probably won't tune it.

I actually really appreciate this. I guess I really did get carried away with tags and challenges lol. Now that i'm looking at my videos, I do see more happening on my videos that aren't tags/challenges.
 
Yeah I'm suffering a 30% subscriber and view drop from last month - it's partly my fault of course, so I'm going to work on getting it back up again :)
 
Yeah I've noticed a change in my views as well.....but right now I have no idea what's going on with my channel :/ March 3rd I put out a video and it has now peaked at 112 views. Usually I get 100 views in about two days.
Then I put out a video on the 25th..and it was reeaaalllly slow climbing in the numbers. Then a subscriber shared my video and it now has 432 views.....but checking the analytics I have no idea where the views came from, because it's telling me it wasn't shared and only has one view from being shared on Google plus??.......like......... what? :/
 
My last couple of videos have bombed but i've been told by loads of people that my videos dont show up in their sub boxes, I'm just gonna start putting out some crappy topical content aswell every week just to pull in random ppl

Yeah I've been told by a bunch of people that my videos never make it in their sub boxes... It's so annoying ._.
 
That's how you live in Youtube ;)
My videos sometimes got a lot of views, sometimes not, but I keep making it and guess what?
My latest videos (as you see in signature) reached 301+ views in 8 hours :D
Don't give up too easily ;)
