BBTV Partnership Review?

Remember a network isn't necessary, double check what they are going to be giving you for your money, and make sure you will NEED it. Beware that in some cases the music and sound effects you get if you leave the network can cause copyright claims to pop up on multiple videos of yours for the music back. (I have only heard of this word of mouth, but it's worth thinking about)

You get those issues even while partnered by the networks offering music etc with claims on the video and the need to dispute it, it also happens with music you purchase too, it is a pain at times but at least when you buy it yourself you have your license to show when it is asked for :)

ill keep that in mind, thanks for the info! :)

Still haven't answered the important questions though...

Why do you think you need a network and what would you expect from one?

I think I need a network to try and help grow my channel as much as possible, I feel I'm doing okay at the moment with slow growth but hoping to try get more growth with a network. I also feel what I hope to expect is some/a lot of tips on trying to grow and make my channel a lot better. :)

That is the worst reason to join one as none will help you grow, you are better off using YTtalk as a resource to learn how to grow your channel and improve your videos etc

Michael nailed it.

A network won't promote you. That would cost them money and, unless you're earning them hundreds every month, it simply wouldn't be worth it to them.

As for tips to help, I doubt there's anything that you would learn in their forums that you couldn't learn here.

They might have some tools that could assist you better, but most, or similar ones, are available free as well.

Conversely, since your channel is still very small and you're barely earning anything (if at all), I think now is the ideal time to find a network who offers either a 30-90 day trial or a no-lock-in contract.

It's far better to try one now when you might only lose a few dollars than wait until you're big and they could be taking tens or hundreds from you.
