I'm a small YouTuber but before I took a large break I had to juggle school sports and YouTube but I felt that making the sacrifice of staying up a little late and making small sacrifices like cutting time from a work out was worth it I was fully dedicated at the time and as I am now. I guess what i'm trying to say is if you truly have the dedication and love the videos you are making those little sacrifices of wanting to lay around or relax is worth it when you are loving the content you are putting out.

You need real heart and dedication. The reason is because you're going to need to make many videos in advance. That's what I did. I make videos in advance and schedule them to be uploaded daily so that my subscribers are getting fresh content daily from me. I have days where I make 3 videos, and days where I make none so I can focus on school and get ahead. Another tip, If you don't mind, It's A LOT easier to make it work when your schooling is online, like mine.
your content is really good and i like your audio sounds nice!

It's a tough thing to do for sure. As people have mentioned before me, a lot of it is using your free time effectively: Take any free chance to work on the videos. Another important thing is management. Make sure you set a reasonable pace for yourself. Don't try and upload 3 videos a week if you don't have time to do so. You'll either run out of time and get super-stressed, or end up with 3 videos that aren't up to the quality that they could be. Make sure you have enough time to record, edit, and upload, and leave some extra time in case anything takes longer than expected. Lastly, schedule your time - set up specific times for homework, and specific times for youtube. I find it makes it easier to focus on one thing when you know you'll have time to do the other. Hope this helps!
