anyone needs their channel reviewed? [HAS DELAY]

My channel
Alright seeing as you do designing videos it's a bit harder to judge the videos themselves as, in my opinion, for a designer the most beautiful thing is the finished result. but here goes
ps- this is about both your channel and video alike.
+
Your channel page seems inviting and calm, with the blue-green colors used in most videos.
The music definitely adds to the videos and improves on the calm atmosphere created
Also your videos are of very good quality, both the video and audio.
-
Your videos seem to end really sudden, the music just stops and boom that was it. Maybe you can create a smoother ending to your videos.

Not much else to add!

My channel (I'm planning to make a new channel trailer soon):
Video of choice:

Alright Leo, here goes
+
On the channel trailer- i actually like it, short and to the point
+
on the video, you definitely have some funny moments in there.
Also i like that you seem aware of the constant pewdiepie-fanclup
You seem to be confident while making fun of yourself, which is appealing to a lot of audiences.
Love the oil c:
-
Not that much of a problem, but i couldnt hear whatever you said in the first couple of seconds because of the sudden cut.
Even though it's a montage, some parts seem to take quite long or are a bit repetitive.
Immaturity can definitely be a good way to humor people, however you might have overused it a bit sometimes.

Aight your channel is quite good looking so lets see

+
for the channel; the profile pic and banner are good, especially the banner seems quite professional
for the video: nice first 10 seconds intro
The volume of the background music is very good, your voices are still clearly heard.
You use a lot of inside jokes, which can really be good with a close audience
The video has a lot of informational value, so thats a definite plus
the questions at the end certainly help
-
for the channel; the channel trailer maybe seems a bit forced
for the video: the 'second' intro, what you mentioned, it is a lill messy, maybe you could have edited or redone it
maybe 11 minutes of you two talking is a bit boring, some variation can help to improve the entertaining value of the video.
Another slight thing, the guy on the left (scrimpy i believe) looks at the camera for about half of the time, the other guy does not look into the camera at all. Which is a good thing for acting, but doesn't help much when trying to connect with the audience.
^ this also makes it seem a bit staged, as if everything you've said was already there on paper.

lol thanks! :D I'll try to use shorter parts in my next montage lol
and im very immature lol
who doesn't love oil? :P

so alright here's the deal, i'm not active that much on yttalk, but i'd like to attempt and become more involved. As i have gained some experience with youtube, different styles of videos and techniques,
i figured maybe i can review some of your channels?

If anyone's interested, just reply on the thread with your channel and a video of your choice and i'll try to:
~ Give feedback on your channel trailer and the overall look of your channel.
~ Give feedback on the video of your choice you have submitted.

also there are no requirements you need for me to review it, except that you handle my review seriously, because giving feedback can take some time. also if it's got some critique, please don't think its the end of the world aight? c:
did you take a loot at all of ours channels?

Hello, I've been losing some subs lately so I'd like a review of what I'm doing wrong :|
Channel: http://www.youtube.com/InformUSHOW

Video:

+
on the channel trailer: Your voice in the beginning is awesome
on the video: again, your voice is awesome. It is a definite good voice for telling news
The way you announce the news is certainly fun. It is humorous and easy to listen to.
The quality of your video is good and the content in your videos is
Nice usage of language and background music
-
on the channel trailer: the breathing-sound seems a bit purposeless
Also, the audio containing your voice varies from soft to loud, while the background music seems to stay constant, hereby it is often very hard to hear what you say
on the video: not much to say! very good video, maybe try to vary a bit more with the video, but aside from that i dont know what to say c:

I would like for you to review my channel. Thanks in advance.

The lack of chosen video makes that a bit hard to do, so ill just do a quick review of your channel trailer
+
Awesome music, very well done with the transitions and it covers a giant load of games making it appealing to a lot of audiences
-
It doesn't actually say much about what you do, aside from playing games. Understood from quickly seeing another of your videos is that you do gaming commentaries, and even though the overload of gaming commentators makes it a good guess, the channel trailer could've just as easily meant you did gamereviews, gaming without commentating, maybe even using games for sketches.
^That is however quite a small issue, just felt like pointing that out as it's the only thing i can comment on, rest is lookin good!

Thanks a lot for the great review! I've been pondering creating a new channel trailer now that I'm a bit more experienced, I'm glad your opinion backs me up! Thank you for the kind words :) :)

did you take a loot at all of ours channels?
apologies, i skipped past you as you didn't put in a video of your choice.

now alright, if you want to seem professional ill just skip to the tips on the video used as channel trailer:
An intro before your gaming footage can help to make it look prof.
Not all games need this, but in this case your video could've used some background music or so, as there are a lot of instances where there is no audio whatsoever.
Try to vary a bit with the tone of your voice, also you should also attempt to talk a bit more (but this is an issue with basically every starting game commentator, so that's nothing big)
also if you really want to seem professional, this does not seem much like a channel trailer, it's more of a normal episode i'd guess

Alright that sounds negative with just tips, so here's what you do well-
Your voice is good c: really easy to listen to and you make quite some entertaining comments.
high quality video, always a plus! also you have a clear and pro-looking outro,
so you're doing good, but to really seem professional you might need to gain a bit more experience[DOUBLEPOST=1390767361,1390766083][/DOUBLEPOST]
You can review any videos you like, my channel link won't work in the post.

Thanks friend!

Alright lets try

+
Portal! great game, awesome for a first letsplay
You add a lot of your own into the letsplay, making it fun to watch even if you have already played or seen the game before.
humor is good and you're clearly hearable
-
Talking through glados is definitely entertaining, but its also a bit less easy to hear you as you're doing so.
I don't have much else to say, i mean judging on your voice you're quite young, but you seem quite capable of pulling off letsplays so carry on dude!

Thanks so much! No big improvements?

Thanks for the honest review! Btw, the other half of the channel asked what you mean with 'inside jokes' :P
