'you haven't subscribed to me yet' - I don't know why, but this makes me reluctant to sub, as it basically means you expect me to in the future (good if you're really confident, but can also seem a bit overconfi)

the intro is understandable, but the first jokes come after 40 seconds - try using a joke in the beginning or something to pull viewers in
the video is pretty long, maybe too long.
Background music would've been nice

all of your voices are clearly heard, good to follow
the entire lets-play is full of laughter and such, very entertaining

co-operative videos with 3 people can become a bit difficult as it gets hard to know who is talking (for new viewers)
as you've said, its not very focused at the audience, but i personally have trouble doing that in co-ops so i'm not very sure how to help there :/
after you beat the level you repeated a part? with music? Maybe it's something you guys do as a sort of unique thing, but i don't really understand what it's for
The actual outro was 7 seconds or so, which is a bit short for me as a viewer to decide which of the four choices you gave i should click.
^ adding to the last two, your outro doesn't say much about you, it's good that there is an outro of sorts, but i believe if you would've just pot a clip of you guys saying 'bye guys, till next time' or anything like that, it'd have been a more logical ending.
Heh. looking at what i wrote it seems as if i found it bad because of the big amount of -'s, but seriously, you guys are really entertaining and seem like cool people to hang out with. Your video seems professional, but maybe your outro is a bit too vague.

You talk a bit slow, can be a good thing, but in this case i (personally) would prefer you talking a bit quicker and maybe more energetic. (i know thats not always possible, but i'd think it would improve as far as thats possible)
video:
again, you talk a bit slow, maybe take a bit too slow pauses which make it very easy to follow but a bit less entertaining. i know it's difficult to change but it is a consistent thing throughout the video, so it could definitely be beneficial for the entertainment value of the video.
You seem to have a lack of expression in the video, a possible tip is to attempt hyping yourself up, idk what you can get hyped about but it might work.
Well.. you seemed like you were about to cry at the end of the video. Might've just been me, and i don't mean anything bad by saying it, but i dont think it's good to get actually emotional in the video, unless it's your goal to do so (when screaming 'leave Britney alone' its alright to be emotional). <- and about the low self-esteem thing, i know how you feel, but it seems a bit... as if you're begging for a like when you're doing so. I know how low self-esteem works, but unless you really make it part of the video, it seems unnecessary to say it.
summed up- great ideas but try working on talking enthusiastically.
