Anyone else annoyed with sponsors?

I think a lot of the time they have to try and blend it in, it makes it more convincing that theyre genuinely using the product and youre more likely to try it if you dont realise its sponsored.

I dont mind sponsored parts of videos but I dont see many that often or perhaps I dont notice :D

Omg kevin you want to know what i read this title say....
anyone annoyed with spoons..... i guess im so sleepy LOL i was about to say.. umm... your annoyed with spooning... o.O
i ammm sooo outta it bwhahahah

Some people take it to far, my sponser is great and we produce videos for their channel along with on our channel sometimes putting their name in our intro/outro I don't force it on people just hope they take notice and check it out.

It's a big problem in the beauty community on YT. Yes, I understand sponsors help with them making money, but you can't constantly advertise a product, people don't like having that shoved down their throats. It's not even the big beauty gurus either--even small gurus are doing this too and it's really a turn off. No one wants to be subscribed to a marketer!

I have an unpaid sponsorship for some of my videos. There is a website that I work with that ranks in the low 600's in the US. Might not sound big but the 600th website is still huge. I say "this video is sponsored by..." And show a screenshot. In return they promote my video. It is worth a few thousand views.

It's a way for them to make money and I frankly don't find it annoying. All of the people I've seen who mention audible do it in an entertaining/funny way. Also, it's normally at the beginning/end of the videos so you can just skip them. I don't think they are going to stop and I don't think they should stop because these sponsors are paying them.

I'd say it's their decision and if it pays the bills, fine. I'm not at the point where I am annoyed by it yet but I also had some WTF moments already. One I remember was KSI doing one of his normal videos and then suddenly recommending the iPhone App of TheSun. In kind of a funny way but it really felt like a sellout move.

Sponsorship I don't mind is stuff like on devinsupertramps channel. Clearly stated what it is for and that he sort of got hired by the brands to do amazing videos for them. Even though the videos usually get tons of views I bet it is much easier to produce them knowing that you will get paid for it by the brand even if for some reason it doesn't get that many views.

I've seen it done at the end of videos and they'll just flat out way "if you want to download your first free ebook just..." and I don't mind because it's not part of the video and it's brief. Same when they do movies together they do a brief netflix thing but it makes sense because you would be going to netflix to watch the movie together. DailyGrace did a very obvious funny Ford Fiesta thing when she became a Fiesta agent but it was actually funny.

@KGATV Okay, thank you. I understand it now. Yeah, that seems pretty annoying. I would either put that at the end of a video or in its own. I wouldn't spam people with it in the middle.

This doesnt bother me at all, as long as they are upfront and clear about it. I actually am happy when I see it, because it tells me more advertisers are seeing youtube as a legitimate entertainment platform. I like to see other youtubers do well financially, because what seems like money grubbing to many seems like a newfound freedom that they are gaining to me
