Am i a bad youtuber?

Hey, I've been seriously at it 10 months. I have 291 subscribers. You're not a bad youtuber, you're not a great youtuber. However no matter who you are, if people aren't seeing your content, there's no one to subscribe. The first part of getting subscribers is being seen.

If anyone was doing what they're doing with their channels now but instead in 2006. They'd be an instant hit because youtube has evolved quite a bit and now EVERYONE and his brother knows by uploading videos in a certain style with certain purpose will make them more likely to be seen. Yeah, well if you have hundreds of thousands of people or even millions of people with the same idea, it's hard to stand out.

So..... you're not bad. You just aren't significant. That's what happens in this giant sea of content. But the real trick is to not get tired of what you're doing and to remain consistent.
thats a kinda mean way of saying it ( especially the you are not good part ) but i get the point. Thanks

Well I say you're not "great" not that you're not good. By great I mean the kind of content that just makes subscribers left and right. The kind of content that goes a little more viral with every upload. That would be great, and that, you are not.

I did not say you are not good.

I agree with you on that Point but what you have to consider that i havent even decidet if i want to do Gaming , Reviews ( the stuff jontron does i dunno what to call it ) , Animations , Game making or just Comedy scetches... maybe i will be one of the " great " ones when i find out. I dont expect it thought

Thumbnails jump out as the first issue with it potentially, if they are not bright and engaging people will likely not want to press them. The ones that are not default selected ones have text that doesnt really stand out that well. Think this way, most of the time when people see the Thumbnails they will be quite small. If the text is not easy to see close up, then when shrunk down only people with telescopes for eyes will be able to read it.

And I have not seen one of those for at least a few weeks, so try to increase the size and the readability a bit I guess.

I'd say you could try to sync the audio with the animation a bit more I saw some slightly unsynced voices might just be me
