Am i a bad youtuber?

The only thing you have control over is you. Some people will be doing better, and some will be doing worse. Instead of worrying about that, try to always be improving. The review forum isn't a bad place to start. Maybe check out some of the archived guides around YTtalk as well. Make a long list of all the things you would like to learn and do better... and slowly work your way down that list. More than anything though, try to have as little negativity as possible. :thumbsup2:

Side note. No you're not a bad youtuber because you have a low sub count. There are millions of people out there that pour their heart and soul and tons more work than most people into YT and never break 10k. A lack of effort is what makes a bad youtuber. If you're making vids for your own pleasure and nothing else then it's not an issue. But you're trying to achieve a goal like 500/1k/5k then it takes work for most people. Unless you get insanely lucky with that one video. Figure out what you want your brand to be, and try to design your channel around that. It may not seem like much, but it goes a long way.

1. I know how to Animate a outro and to make a banner but i just dodnt have the time to do one of those. I used the little time i have to make another video.
2. I really didnt want this to become a tip topic. I it was just really saddening to see the posts of people who get extremely fast subs and i got desprate.
This topic still helped and i have been working on a outro for quite some time i just need to come up with one.
3. I know how to be a good youtuber ( banner , channel desining , outro ) but i felf like making more videos would be better because i would have more traffic and stuff.
4. I dont care about the subs ( i love all my subs ) but i just thought " 100 subs in 1 month . Huh . He / she must be a really good youtuber "
Subs is the amount of people liking you VIDEOS so much they want more and if i can provide them whit quality videos that are so good they can make them sub direktly on the vids page they would not even care about the outro. They would go into my channel without even noticing the banner and click on the next video. I thought producing that kind of topic was the key so i TRIED to do so. Didnt work thought.
5. I probably know gimp sfm blender lightworks better than most youtubers ( not sfm.i know it but not more than most youtuber) since i have worked days in total time on them . So im defenetly ABLE to do i just conzentratet too much on the videos and forgot about the on-hold outro and channel banner.

youtube is about 10% quality and 90% luck. took me years to get anywhere, but as long as you enjoy doing it, don't worry about anything but improving over time.

nice one! it takes me ages to center the text and pics because of the way it's just thrown in there and you have no control over it from google (though it has been a while since i updated, things may have changed)

I would reccomend to make your text stand out a bit, because the picture is so good and has all these shades and effects, and then the text is just plain ol black.
nothing bad, just something i think could match the pic a little more like a logo or something :)

The original file is actually 10800 * somethingelse and the actal thing you can see now is tiny and even then it was hard to get it in perfectly.
 
Hey, I've been seriously at it 10 months. I have 291 subscribers. You're not a bad youtuber, you're not a great youtuber. However no matter who you are, if people aren't seeing your content, there's no one to subscribe. The first part of getting subscribers is being seen.

If anyone was doing what they're doing with their channels now but instead in 2006. They'd be an instant hit because youtube has evolved quite a bit and now EVERYONE and his brother knows by uploading videos in a certain style with certain purpose will make them more likely to be seen. Yeah, well if you have hundreds of thousands of people or even millions of people with the same idea, it's hard to stand out.

So..... you're not bad. You just aren't significant. That's what happens in this giant sea of content. But the real trick is to not get tired of what you're doing and to remain consistent.
