Hey, I've been seriously at it 10 months. I have 291 subscribers. You're not a bad youtuber, you're not a great youtuber. However no matter who you are, if people aren't seeing your content, there's no one to subscribe. The first part of getting subscribers is being seen.
If anyone was doing what they're doing with their channels now but instead in 2006. They'd be an instant hit because youtube has evolved quite a bit and now EVERYONE and his brother knows by uploading videos in a certain style with certain purpose will make them more likely to be seen. Yeah, well if you have hundreds of thousands of people or even millions of people with the same idea, it's hard to stand out.
So..... you're not bad. You just aren't significant. That's what happens in this giant sea of content. But the real trick is to not get tired of what you're doing and to remain consistent.
