I've Got It
@DarkBolt
Woah man, slow down for a second. "Gaming videos, life stories, tutorials, comedy skits, game reviews, movie reviews, talking about latest topics" and so on and so forth. It's fantastic that you're focusing on many different genres but that could eventually be your downfall. Ever heard of the saying 'jack of all trades'? Well there's another saying that goes along with it - 'jack of all trades, master of none'. What you need to do is focus on one thing that you're absolutely passionate about and do everything in your power to make them the best videos ever. Once you've built your reputation and hopefully your fan base, THEN you can start expanding your range of content.
Let's begin the critique with your channel branding. I love the colours used in your avatar and channel header but the image and the font/typeface used are incredibly cheap. I honestly can't tell if you made a quick Photoshopped image or if you pulled it straight from Google Images/tutorial sites. Furthermore, instead of cropping and resizing the image proportionally you've just squished it to fit within the confines of the avatar dimensions. Using those colours as a base, completely redesign your entire channel brand so that you have a nice, striking logo and a font/typeface that best fits. You can get some logo/branding inspiration from here: https://logopond.com and you can find free fonts/typefaces here: https://dafont.com
While still on the topic of branding, even if you decide to redesign your brand it still will not be consistent with the design you're using in your thumbnails. By themselves they're not too bad but when looking at them from your channel, they're in a completely different style and do not give me the impression that the videos belong to you. The key to good branding is consistency so once you've nailed your new logo/brand, you can then apply those styles, fonts/typefaces and colours into your thumbnails.
Content wise, you need to save up some money and invest in a high quality condenser microphone and pop filter. Right now your audio sounds terribly low quality; I'm hearing a lot of distortion with peaks and pops. Am I correct in assuming that you're recording the audio off your phones' microphone? Considering most of your content (based on what you have so far) is vocal commentary, having good, clean, crisp and clear audio is paramount. I was going to make a comment about your audio mixing but your latest video ("POKEMON GO HACKS NO JAILBREAK") shows that you're aware of your previous issues and are working on it.
My last critique on content comes down to the way you've edited your videos. In both your Pokemon GO videos, you talk at length about the game but show absolutely no footage from it. There's a complete disconnect between what you're saying and what you're showing which is throwing off your potential viewers. For future videos, make sure you edit your videos so that whatever you're talking about shows up on screen. If you're talking about how to manipulate location spoofing in Pokemon GO, show it! When in doubt remember the old movie making saying - 'show, don't tell'.
Redesign your brand so that it's consistent across all your visual assets, invest in a new microphone with a pop filter and nail your editing. Do that and your channel should grow. Best of luck to you!

Content wise it's good to see and hear your improvement in such a short time. What started out as completely overblown, low quality audio (despite the decent microphone) turned into something much more high quality. Nevertheless, you should move the mic further away from your mouth as you're still breathing into it and causing a lot of pops due to the plosive consonants (Ps, Bs etc).
At the moment you're making a lot of cuts with your edit which is distracting. Yes, you're cutting out all dead, non-commentated segments but you're cutting out way too much. You're cutting out the dead space even within the same sentence. This one comes down to practice - the more you practice and the more videos your make, the better you'll become at your commentary so it appears natural for your audience. It'll also help to reduce the amount of cuts you need to make.
My last bit of critique comes down to branding. I can tell you understand the value of consistency which is great! However, the brand you have right now doesn't stand out at all and to be honest, it's quite generic. You only have to look at the thumbnails of @DarkBolt to understand; it's exactly the same background style. What you need is a complete brand overhaul that best represents you - choose your favourite colour to start with, then select a font/typeface you enjoy and work on your brand from there. Like @DarkBolt above, you can find inspiration for branding and logo designs here: https://logopond.com
Not a bad start for a weeks worth of work. You've clearly shown a lot of improvement in such a short time and I have no doubt you'll get better. Work on your brand, move the mic away from your face and stop making choppy edits. You've definitely got potential! Good luck!
@FinnTomlin
Not a bad start. You've got a decent channel brand and your thumbnail design while simple, looks great and still shows potential viewers outside of your channel that your content belongs to you. I also like that you've edited the lyrics of the song into the video and timed them to the track karaoke style.
At this point there's nothing more that I can add. All you need to do is keep making videos. Best of luck to you!
