A Warning About George Vanous/Freedom

Please don't jump on the bandwagon and use this thread for your own personal agenda with accusations about scamming with zero evidence to back it up. Reading between the lines of your posting history here, it looks like you uploaded soccer footage (ie copyrighted content). That is off topic.



This thread is being moderated closely and anyone using it to rant with vague "scam" accusations with nothing to back it up will see their posts removed and warnings will be issued. This particulary applies to new accounts.

I highly doubt George stole $11,000 from your channel.
I was with them from late December until September 4th, and they never stole a penny from me.
Additionally, I have not heard of anyone getting their money stolen by Freedom.
As others have said, if you can't back it up with some solid evidence, then making posts like that is a little bit stupid.
I for one don't like George, but that doesn't mean it's okay for me to make false accusations of scamming in an attempt at making him look bad.
That's just a bit silly.

1. As many of the post above have already said. Where's the proof?

2. You do know that by joining a network, they automatically take a % of your money, it is clearly stated and not stealing. When join a network like Freedom when your first start out unless stated otherwise, they take 40% of your money. In return, they give you services and support to help grow your channel. That is how a network works.

3. If you do not provide payment information (ie PayPal) they can not pay you. Apparently, some people don't do that and then complain about they don't get paid. Of course they can't pay you, they don't have any way to pay you.

4. What kind of videos were on your old channel? If the videos on your old channel belonged to someone else, you should not be getting money in the first place. If you upload copyrighted material and get caught you will not get paid. This would not be Freedoms fault at all, it would be yours.

Well this is very interesting, I wouldnt have thought he would have done this though.
 
well, for the Youtubers outside, you have to understand that we are not working with the MCN founders, we are working for ourself, all we do is just we take a little bit of advantages from them that we can't get on adsense. So it doesn't really matter who and how personality they got, whether they are a liar or a psychopath, as long as they paid you every month, never owe you the revenue, it's good enough for us. As for joining an MCN, its the Youtubers responsibilities to do research and homework, so don't blame anyone if you have a bad time in it, its all your choice.
