I'm not going to be making an unboxing video; I'm going to be making xbox one gameplays.[DOUBLEPOST=1382015793,1382015743][/DOUBLEPOST]Just because you make a Xbox One unboxing video doesn't guarantee that people will find it. There are already videos up of what the Xbox One looks like, and when the consoles are actually released--if they aren't released to the big Youtubers earlier--you will be battling thousands upon thousands of other channels that are going to be releasing the same exact video as you--"Xbox One Review".
If you can utilize SEO's to get yourself to the front page, then you might have a chance, but for the most part, if you are a small channel, it won't bring in thousands of views that you seem to be prepared for.
You can go that route but in this day and age, you need HD.[DOUBLEPOST=1382015868][/DOUBLEPOST]50 bucks for a dazzle and free recording software. Nuff nuff jigglypuff.
Views. Everybody will have a PC but not many people will have an xbox one.Why would I need a console when my 2 year old PC will out-perform it?
I think that people missed the point of this thread. It wasn't a debate about PC vs Xbox One lol. It was just a heads-up that if you wanted a HUGE boost to your gaming channel; you would get a next gen console. That's all I was trying to say. Sorry I upset the PC heads lol.having an xbox just for the sake of having one is pointless. My PC is superior by far, it has better quality, better playability, more reliable most likely, more power. I can still get better quality on the PC than you will get on the xbone. So ultimately it is pointless.
I disagree completely ,BS I need an Xbox oneI just pre-ordered an xbox one and I think it's a necessity if you are a gaming channel. The system ALONE, will bring in thousands of views of people who are curious on how the nex-gen looks. Not getting one of the nex-gen consoles is just putting yourself at a disadvantage. If you're serious about your gaming channel and are looking to experience rapid growth, go get yourself a console.
All I'm saying is your wrong (IMO) and PC will get you more traffic than Xbox.I think that people missed the point of this thread. It wasn't a debate about PC vs Xbox One lol. Basically the advantage is having exclusives. Which are pretty barren right now.Yeah, I don't see an upside to owning a next-gen console. Don't get me wrong, I love console gaming but I drifted back to PC since I had to build a new one for video editing and it just so happen that it performs rather well with games. Oh, and my 360 died and I'm too broke to buy a new console. Anyway, what I'm trying to say is that the PC will be able to play next-gen games, regardless. All you need to do is buy a new graphics card!
The end game is, people are gonna watch it for the game; not on what console it is being played on.
