A necessity for gaming channels!

Views. Everybody will have a PC but not many people will have an xbox one.
 
having an xbox just for the sake of having one is pointless. My PC is superior by far, it has better quality, better playability, more reliable most likely, more power. I can still get better quality on the PC than you will get on the xbone. So ultimately it is pointless.

I think that people missed the point of this thread. It wasn't a debate about PC vs Xbox One lol. It was just a heads-up that if you wanted a HUGE boost to your gaming channel; you would get a next gen console. That's all I was trying to say. Sorry I upset the PC heads lol.

I disagree completely ,BS I need an Xbox one
I could buy a fantastic PC or 100s games on steam for the money that it would cost to buy the Xbox one and a recording device.
I think you would be a drop in the ocean in the way of unboxing videos since the likes of machinima and ign will be doing those.
That and on PC you can make videos about niche games that aren't on consoles so that you can be the only person making videos about a game and pick off traffic from it.

All I'm saying is your wrong (IMO) and PC will get you more traffic than Xbox.
 
The one thig that will drive up your exposure is giving one away. Can't really be sure that those new subs'll stay though.
 
Yeah, I don't see an upside to owning a next-gen console. Don't get me wrong, I love console gaming but I drifted back to PC since I had to build a new one for video editing and it just so happen that it performs rather well with games. Oh, and my 360 died and I'm too broke to buy a new console. Anyway, what I'm trying to say is that the PC will be able to play next-gen games, regardless. All you need to do is buy a new graphics card!

The end game is, people are gonna watch it for the game; not on what console it is being played on.

Basically the advantage is having exclusives. Which are pretty barren right now.
