Well said boss, many people come onto Youtube to become rich and famous and after only a few videos they end up quitting because they are doing something they aren't passionate about. All about following your heart! Love your channel branding too.
Great pointers and 100% true No doubt that you got to be passionate about what you are doing or else you will lose motivation pretty fast. For 99% of all Youtubers growth will be very slow in the beginning and then you need to remind yourself why you started in the first place (hopefully because you enjoy making videos)
There are so many channels that the new ones might take a while before they can get some views
Also, niche content might require more time than others
