Not enough to live but really a great christmas gift.

Could you imagine being one of the people who hit 1 million views regularly?! Slightly on topic is the $$ per thousand views based on each video or is it your total views over a month if all of your videos are monetized? I have never fully understood that.

So a 4 dollar CPM. That is pretty high. Most of the time people mention 1-2 dollar CPM's.

It's really cool that she has donated money but I think it would have been safer for her account to have only mentioned the donation after the event (and then to have un-monetized the video.)

Maybe she's trying to condition them. I know it sounds cynical, but I always think in terms of how actions can be used for evil. I think I'm a villain in another life (or maybe this one :-o )

I had 550K views in last 28 days, made only 250$ from that but oh well..
