What percentage of your subs actually watch your videos?

i just checked mine and i have 25% views from my subscribed, i think thats pretty good, i have an amazing audience that have stuck with me from the start and i am really happy to have them all with me :D
 
maybe about 10 - 20% of the subscribers are actively viewing the latest videos, but there are also viewers from my channel who actively view our video video but do not want to be our subscriber, why do not I know? but i always greet those who comment on videeo me and i ask for their opinion, also they want what kind of video?
