what do you make thumbnails on?

I use Photoshop cs 6.0 to make my thumbnails and drawings as well.

I just use Microsoft Paint, but it is really limited, so I am thinking about finding something new.

I use PicMonkey now! It is really nice, but I get nearly the same effect I got when I used Gimp.

Photoshop might be a little pricey, but it is worth it. If you can't afford it, I heard Gimp or EVEN Paint can help.

I'm too broke for photoshop and I suck at learning new things, so I honestly just use picmonkey and mess around with transparent I either make or find online!
It's not the best, but if you really screw around with it like I have in the past, you can get some pretty nice thumbnails off of it!
