Vegas rendering configuration tutorial (New update coming soon!)

Soon I will update the tutorial. I found better settings that have the same quality but reduced the rendering time by 3. Before I rendered a 25 min (25 gb) video 1h30mins now I do that for only 30 mins. I will update the tutorial when I have more time :)
 
I've been using Sony Vegas for some time now, but this seems like a much better rendering process then what I have been using. Thanks!
 
Access the Mac Task Manager​
Activity Monitor is located in your /Applications/Utilities/ folder. The simplest way to get to Activity Monitor in Mac OS X is to use Spotlight as a keyboard shortcut of sorts.​
  • Hit Command+Spacebar to bring up the Spotlight search field​
  • Type in “Activity Monitor”​
  • Hit the Return key when “Activity Monitor” populates in the spotlight results​
  • You are now in Activity Monitor where you can manage and manipulate tasks​

Okay. I completely changed the tutorial (It's now more organized) and the settings. Please try them and tell me what you think. I get a much faster rendering than before with the same quality.
 
I'm extremely new to Sony Vegas and I'm rendering 1080p videos. It is crazy slow and lags my computer out. Is there any suggestions on speeding it up? Or do I have to live with rendering when I don't need the computer? I don't know if this matters but I'm running on a 64-Bit HP Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU Q840 @1.87GHz. 8GB RAM.
