I'm not sure if I understand this guide right. If I want to make, for instance, Let it be piano cover should I name it "let it be piano cover" or more like "Let it Be - The Beatles (piano cover)"?? Also what tags shoud I use? "let it be"? "let it be piano cover"? Thanks in advance for help at this matter. All the best! :)

Exactly what I needed. Many thanks to you kind sir!! Although im a new channel, I've been having problems figuring out how to advertise I exist for awhile now. Hopefully following this should help me out a bit.

Making the video is only part of the equation of being successful. SEO, keywords, and social marketing are all big parts of the equation. Great post again!
Can you tell me how you have a goal and subscriber bar? I would like to add one as soon as possible!

Is there a time before videos start to show up or something? Like Youtube has to progress it w/e. Cause I posted a video some hours ago, but if I search for the tags, or the exact title it won't find it. Not even when I search for only todays videos!

Hi,

Sorry if this has been answered before but I just couldn't spend the time to read the whole thread.

When doing tags, should you use phrases or single words?

For example, my video called 'How to Clean and Lubricate a Motorcycle Chain'.

Now, I've used tags as follows:

motorcycle,chain,clean,lubrication,How-to (Website Category),cleaning,lubricating

But should I instead be using just one or two tags like:

how to clean a motorcycle chain, how to lubricate a motorcycle chain

Using the VidIQ extension, it seems the videos that I'm competing against use single words in their tags.
