3) ah , that must have been some other network :)
4) RWJ represented (RWJ,YFM and breakingnyc) was making up 26% of Maker`s monthly unique views...

Might have been an old building that they used to rent-I wouldn't know because I never got to visit back then.

Unique views and total views are completely different things. Total views are exactly what they sound like. Unique views represent the number of different people who watched. So even if one person watched 50 different videos, it only counts as 1 unique view. RWJ represents anywhere from 23-26% of Maker's unique views-but terminology is very misleading. Maker will not lose 26% of their unique views when the contract for =3 is up unless every one of those subscribers also unsubbed from every single channel under the Maker network. A better way of phrasing it would be that 23 to 26% of viewers subscribed to one or more Maker channels are subscribed to RWJ.

Yea but 6% of total views with YFM,BreakingNYC and RWJ, note: although they still have YFM and Breaking NYC they have been frozen until 12/2/13

If you take into account the current monthly views of those three channels and divide by the total number of views Maker receives, it adds up to 3% of their total. The RWJ channel alone represents 2.5% of their total views. That's just using socialblade stats from the last 30 days.

And then consider Yogscast are rumored to be leaving for IGN...

For #3 and 4, Maker does not have a 3 story building. They have 2 separate buildings. One is a single story building that houses the executives and the production facilities (sound stages, merchandising, makeup, set design/art, animation) while the other part of their office is on the second floor two buildings over. The support staff/ad sales/partner managers are housed in that section. It looks like they have a larger staff than 200 (some might be unpaid interns), but a lot of them aren't paid through the percentage they charge through contracts-they are there to provide services that you pay for outside your contract.

RWJ does not represent 22% of Maker's total monthly views. It's more like 2.5%. Plus his show is still under contract with Maker, so his views still count. Both sides actually came out ahead in their public feud. RWJ had a surge of new subscribers and Maker picked up a ton of new business (and got their huge cash investment from Warner). If I was with Maker, I would think that RWJ leaving would mean more premium ads would be available to everyone else in their lineup because normally RWJ would gobble up a decent portion of it.
Thanks for explaining why their building isn't a 3 story, But infact a 2 story & a seperate one story ..
Ok but 2.5% out of 22% is a lot :p and thanks for pointing out that his views still count ^_^
