Some come with certain conditions. I always advise you do your research before you use them, but most of these are listed under Creative Commons 3.0 Attribution. Others are either Public Domain or require Royalties.
But most are real easy when it comes to allowing people to use their stuff and are also very helpful if you receive copyright claims (which rarely happens)

NCS Releases on YouTube is also a very good source for computer generated music like House, Hardstyle and Dubstep.
 
Hey thank you for the links for the free music! I struggle finding quality music that I can use for my videos. I find myself constantly using the same tracks from the music that YouTube provides.
 
Very nice, tbh only two of these sites I have used music from in the past and quite recently. This was a interesting list of sites I can look at thanks :)
 
Soundcloud.com can be a great source of royalty free music, provided you credit the artist in the description. You can search from any genre and find something that fits your videos.
