I get it, just seems like the forums have almost been abandoned recently with all the junk that has gotten thru(I know it has been a lot) and then when someone real tries to talk about it they get shut down. I clicked on 3 threads at the same time as mine that were voicing their concerns and all of them were closed. I hope that the loyal followers of this forum aren't pushed aside and shut down because of the absent mindedness people that decide to pollute our forum can't be stopped. (or it seems this way right now)[DOUBLEPOST=1372189369,1372189314][/DOUBLEPOST]

We can merge threads, but the point is we aren't wanting the discussion about it, we would rather the event was left behind, and if you really wanna talk about it, feel free to PM me.

we can but it isn't something we really want a discussion about because as Gaffer said it just goads them and riles them on to do it more. So I am hoping that we can start putting all this behind us and move on with it :) I can assure you we don't 'rule under an iron fist', so to speak; members will always have free speech here, but we have always shut down multiple threads if we felt no need to merge them, this isn't the first time :)

I understand and don't get me wrong...I did try PMing a mod before I started to talk about this on threads. Wasn't you but I always make an attempt to talk about controversial issues one on one.

Everyone has a chance to redeem themselves. Like I said, If you really wanna be a part of the community again, just email admin@yttalk.com Frankie did close some of your threads as some things like, for example, the One Channel Layout, has been made a kazillion times! It's one of a mod's duties to clean up the forums by closing/deleting repetitive threads (they spam up the forums). This is why I always encourage members to use the search bar first to check if a thread on something has already been made before posting a new thread about that something. Of course, if you wish to come back, good behaviour is advisable. :) We, the mods, are YouTubers and YTtalkers just like you, but we dedicate alotta time into keeping the forum in shape.

ok. I hope you guys arent taking this as me questioning the mods or what they are doing. At least thats not the way I am trying to come across. I am just concerned of the overall forum because I have been active for a little while now, and I like it here. Just hope to see the same types of concerns from others.

Well, that's probably the best thing to do about topics like this, what you often find is there are more threads asking what's going on than there are actual bad threads they are asking about.[DOUBLEPOST=1372189811,1372189725][/DOUBLEPOST]

Not at all, we are doing our best, and are fully open to taking suggestions, there is a board to leave any concerns though, and if you have anything that is really on your mind, post it there :)

If you never try, you never know. I doubt that any of the mods dislike you at all. I know my colleagues well enough that they'd probably get irritated and maybe a little angry over a problem, but disliking someone? That's a no-no. We don't let that cloud our judgement on things, trust me.
