partnered? anyone making any money?? do ads work?

Humm... where does it say you're not allowed to say how much you make? That's completely up to you right? I don't remember Anything upon signup that stated that D:

Last month My revenue was 130 bucks.. Not enough to quit my day job for sure lol... I don't even have one D:... I have done freelance animation work online at Odesk.com, and private employers. and made a few thousand bucks. Now I'm trying to get a good gig or find a job, I've been broke for the past 2 months with no big income coming in. I have also recently decided to become more active on youtube and work on more personal projects, My main goal is to make a living with my art, so I should push there. It WILL take a while, and a lot of work. But in the real world, people who are wealthy work a lot harder than regular folk. Even tho regular folk say all we do is stare at a computer all day, and is not fair we have so much money WTF. They have no Idea lol

Anyway, about adwords:
Adwords is a great tool, and I have and still use it. Although is through a (Sponsorship) I have a friend who is sponsoring my work and pays for it.

You can find someone to sponsor you, everyone has different reasons or would ask for different things of you.

The main thing is, Creating GOOD Content, you will waist your sponsorship or own money if people are not liking your stuff or subscribing.
An other way is to become savvy on Adwords and learn how to target YOUR Audience. You don't want people who will most likely flame you or hate your content, so try to come up with good keywords that would target people you know will love your stuff.

Adwords is a complicated, I have worked as an adwords advertiser for 2 years, and I know my stuff. If you need future tips don't be afraid to tickle my p***s... I mean PM me :D

Hey Oscar, I read your message. I earn good with Youtube but also work alot with affiliate marketing.
I see your good with animations and stuff. Why don't you try earning money on Fiverr?
PS: You use Adwords for your Youtube account?

I don't know what that is lol-- So I'll google it and get back to you. I do freelance work here and there, Just had 2 slow months, and I guess is the lack of self promotion... But I have been having this feeling inside telling me to put more focus on my own work... So maybe I'm to blame for my decrease in personal Income...


I would usually work on a new website project or animation or w.e. I was working for a company that payed me 1200 for 30 sec videos. But they're had issues with their product D:.. they got screwed with an ingredient from a Chinese company that were trying to make more profit by switching to a cheaper ingridient. Later, customers started reporting headaches.. So to avoid a lawsuit they had to revamp the whole thing.. And a bunch of meetings with lawyers and the health department. BS BS BS... so I've been out of work with them.

I'm being Sponsor by a friend who is promoting me yes. We're more like business partners and do business together. Not saying he is rich, but believes in my talent and is now sponsoring me. I Created a video he directed on his channel lol - it was a political parody that ppl took a bit too serious haha. I feature his channel in mines, It's "Life's A b***h" - and no he's not sponsoring anyone else D:... Besides I run that channel as well for him. Incase someone feels like sending him a message.. I would get it.

I will start to sponsor people from this forum, maybe starting next year. More like a video Sponsorship... But that is still an idea in progress, once completed I'll make a thread about it.

Fiverr is a marketplace where you can buy and sell lots of cool internet-things.
For example ''I will make you a cool intro for $5 dollars'' and you will soon get lots of customers.
Very cool place to experiment and make money from home.
 
Ohhh! You sweet angel you. Now your picture looks even more prettier with a $ sign on it :D - Yea, Def giving that A try... I can do a million things. Like animated pictures for Iphones. I can make animations for games, apps w.e ... well Anything that has to do with animating lol. I even thought of selling custom greeting cards for smart phones with custom animation at the customer's request. I've just been scared of having too much work... but I'll find a way to control it :p

My father has a channel where he gets around 2000-4000 hits per day. He as around 1300 videos and only ~240 subscribers and me makes around 30 euro per month. Still pretty nice to get 100 euros every 3 months :)
And he only films videos from his car and from Paris.

I'm thinking on a way to promote him better however I still have no idea who watches his videos and since he can not do editing everything seems very "raw".
