Would be nice to have the safe zone and guide lines as the actual template from Google, but never the less I'm sure this will help others. =]

There's no bit of my reply that is hard to understand. But to better assist you, I'm simply stating would be nice to have all the sizes and guidelines, but it seems either you've updated it or edited it as upon checking it yesterday there were no guide lines.
