That would make sense, though the "big purges" we've seen didn't hit me very hard. I wish they'd all go away at once so I could see how many real accounts are actually subscribed to me. I've been on YT since the beginning, and I'm really trying to reorganize and get back on track. I get most subscriptions from videos themselves, which is good. I don't have a trailer as I am working out what I am as a brand. I've never been "a brand" honestly, always been a "do what I think to do" guy. But I obviously need to focus that. My vidstatsx literally look like an inactive channel haha.
From looking at your stats, it looks like inactivity/inconsistent release schedule would be the primary reason for your inactive subscribers. The high number of closed accounts is probably due to spam accounts that subscribed to you when you were getting huge numbers on your videos. An active subscriber base for a channel your size should generate around 300k views per day. I'd be surprised if you had more than 5k active subscribers.
