Does anyone know their requirements?

If they like your content and it sticks out then there are no requirements to join. But if they don't care much about what they saw then they ask that you have 500 subs and over 50,000 videos views.

That depends on how well you negotiate your contract. ;-) I keep hearing 30% from people here in the forums and on YouTube.

Yes it's 70/30. When I partnered my gaming channel 5 days ago the email they sent said it.

I haven't heard many deals, but a 70/30 split sounds pretty good. SocialBlade's is 60/40.
