It's actually a really good layout lol. Maybe opt in and try it out? Maybe you will like it. If not, you can always switch back :)

Are you serious? Nearly everyone I know hates it. It's bland, white, you can not personalize it at all other than the banner, it's destroying the GFX community, it sucks in my opinion.

Everyone hates change, but you gotta accept it and make the best of it. It's not bland, almost every website is white, and you can personalize it pretty well... And it's not destroying the gfx community because they can make banners... For everyone I've seen who has switched over has liked it so far. Haven't heard any complaints (besides 1 but it's very minimal).

Fair enough, although I still dislike it. Yeah I know people can still make banners but it really limits the room and creativity that you can put into your channel, oh guess I'm just going to have to accept it :(
 
I do agree that it does limit the creativity and unique-ness of your channel - although not much we can do about it except for accept and get on with it!

Sorry this is off topic but to get that yellow star that says 'YouTube Partner', do you have to be partnered with YouTube itself or just a network?
 
We haven't made a trailer video, maybe in the future. As for the layout it was easy to set up. My only complaint is the compression on the channel art. It's just sooooo compressed. I tried everything from 1 MB to 4 MB to see if it made a difference... and it doesn't. :S
