I've turned off monetizing on my videos

So I'm not related to AdSense at this moment at all? :):):) You mean with 'they' a partnernetwork right? And terminate what? I'm free from AdSense now an I not?

Nope you don't have any relation to it right now since you disabled it. 'they' as YouTube Network Support say. Terminate your monetization, disabling it just disables the advertisements not the whole thing. Has to be completely terminated (that's why you contact network support) for your YouTube account to be linkable to a CMS account.

Who will completely terminate it then? A network when I'm ready for it? Thanks for your help!!

well the process of joining a network is already a long process. first you have to get your channel to meet the requirements (longest process), then you have to apply to a network (response can take any where from 2-3 weeks), after that you get your contract and sign it (wait again for a response, 1-2 weeks), finally email youtube...as you see you will have to wait a while regardless
