I've turned off monetizing on my videos

Yeh I did the same and have the same problem. However, will youtube still keep restricting your videos when your partnered to, for example, SocialBlade?
 
You have to terminate your monetization when you are joining a Network. You get paid by PayPal the only known Network which pays by bank transfers is Maker Studios. If you're wondering why you can't join a network after having your adsense account/monetization disabled is because it is YouTube's policy to not unlink anyone who has in the past or present had a disabled adsense account. But anyway I never had any problems with adsense for two years.. so I wouldn't recommend disabling it myself but I guess better safe than sorry?

when you become partner with a network if i read it correctly they give you a content ID claim # and you will use that number to claim advertisement on your videos, then the money made from that is then sent to you bank account, for example when signing the contract with social blade they have a form for direct deposit to your bank.

I did it before.. But would that be a problem? I have all my videos turned off now.. And I wasn't so far that my AdSense account was verified..

It says: Your account is turned on.
However, some lines further it says: Your AdSense-request isn't completed.

I translated this from Dutch, so I'm not sure if I say it right..

You have to complete all 4 steps once you've enabled it for YouTube to be able to terminate it or they just say your adsense has been disabled (when it hasn't). So do those 4 steps once you've been accepted and wait for them to terminate it :p
