Is my channel growing slowly or fast? Need whatever advice I can get!

Hey guys, so it's been just about 4 months since I've started, times flies boy I tell ya! So wanted any type of advice, any tips, anything that you guys thought of the video, channel, etc. Would you watch it? If not, why? What can I change. If yes, why as well? Thanks guys. Appreciate it!
