This is my latest video and it's got over 400 views in 3 days. Surpassing any video of mine by miles in the first 3 day span.
Sorry its taken a while for the review to come through :/ My internet has just come back up after blipping on and off for the past few hours
Goddamn internet :O aaahh
But anyway thought I'd start the review this this: Yeah... lol
Because I really enjoyed the content that you put into this video, so much so, that I decided to subscribe to your channel. Great Work!
Yeh, so, the content in this video is really good, you have chosen a good topic to develop on and I think that this has turned out to be a really funny video
I think that you should try doing other videos on the lines of this - internet terms and other stuff like that etc...
But anyway, ways in which I think that you can improve your video quality (the stuff I was born to review):
Lighting - I would like to see your video have slightly more lighting because the video feels a little gloomy and all one colour. Film yourself with different amounts of light and angles (I recommend having your lighting coming from above - this means that the shadow cast by the light will be more behind you and much lower - won't be seen as much in the video). If you add this lighting then it will make
you stand out more in the video.
Contrast - This is important, especially for vlogs or other videos in the style of yours. What colour clothing you are wearing is very important to making you stand out once again. If you are using a much lighter background (in your case white); try not to wear light or white clothing as you will blend slightly too much into the background - wear something brighter and more colourful to make you stand out. This would then revert if you had a much darker background (like a dark blue); you would then have to wear much lighter clothing to make you stand out in this case.
Recommendations - Try adding an intro to your video; this will make it seem more professional, tell the viewer exactly who you are and you could even have a short clip of you introducing beforehand like, "You know what i hate, the concept of LOL" then play the intro, and then you can insert the rest of the video afterwards :/ If you're not sure where to get an introduction from, then I say that you ask on the forum for someone to make you an intro, there'll be plenty of people who will do this for you.
Another pointer for you to maybe change within your video, is your advert/promo for your other videos at the end. I think that it looks slightly too jumbled with far too many videos across the video. I recommend that you either have a short clip of you saying something and your channel name beneath. Or make it all look neater; e.g. have two videos spaced apart in frames, channel name below, video names and then you saying to people; "Check out my previous videos.. blah blah blah and blah blah blah".
