Alright, I'll try to get through all of these right now!

Lay it out to me! Would love to know where I could improve! Would really appreciate your advice and opinion!

Channel Design: 7/10 Your channel background is cool, and it has your name on it! The problem is, it cuts off at a weird part at the bottom, and since it has a variety of colors, it looks weird when you scroll down. I'm not saying to change it, but I don't think you should have it on repeat, where it'll constantly show the same picture each time you scroll down.

Video Quality: 8/10 The quality is good no your camera. It's not blurry, and even on the videos where you do things outside (like the City Trolling), it looks nice, and you can hear yourself really well.

Commentary/Content: 8/10 You are a funny guy yourself, and I enjoyed hearing you talk about Breaking Bad. However, the best video was the City Trolling, at least in my opinion, and the unfortunate truth is you only have one video like that. You have 16 vlogs, and 1 funny daring type video (don't really know what you'd call them, but whatever!!!). If you uploaded more of that, you'd see a huge channel increase, because people like stuff like that. (There's a reason it's your 2nd most popular video). I'm not saying stop vlogging, because your vlogs are funny and cool to watch as well, but try to find more of a balance. Maybe try to do a city video/skit/somethin else once every 2 weeks, and then vlogs the rest of the time. Just a thought, though. Only brought it up because it seems to me that you're willing to do stuff like that.

Overall Appeal: 8/10 I personally like your channel, and the videos you put up. The moment you start the camera, it's clear you have something to talk about, and you do a fine job getting your point across, and your funny in your videos as well! You have a good personality, and that goes a long way in the Youtube world! Like I said before, if you try to expand a little bit and add more city stuff and skits, I think you'll have no problem growing your channel more.

Channel Design: 7/10 It's good to have a channel background that's unique, and one's with photos of yourself is always good (reminds me of the shaytards!!!). The only thing is it looks a tad bit messy. Nothing too bad, but just scrolling down fast, it seemed a little...off.

Audio Quality: n/a. I won't really grade the audio, since you do vlogs, and that usually coincides with video quality in this case. Just look at the video quality section.

Video Quality: 6/10. Honestly, it isn't great. The screen isn't fullscreen, which makes it a little annoying to watch. Since none of your videos are 100% gaming, I won't dock you too much for not having a capture card, simply because it doesn't seem like that's really the POINT of the channel, but the quality is poor in many aspects.

Commentary/Content: 8/10 This is where you shine, I think. You seem very enthusiastic, and amidst all the poor quality, I found YOU and the people in your videos to be entertaining, and that's ultimately what kept me watching. You know your information when talking about certain video game topics, and your editing skill are good as well. I think you have a good enough channel to make it somewhat well-known, but if you ever want to take that next step, I'd try to make your videos fullscreen, and definitely HD.

Overall Appeal: 7/10 If you take out the quality problems, I'd give you a 9/10. It's original, unique, and entertaining as a whole, but the quality might be a dealbreaker for some people. Channel Design: 9/10 Going by the picture you posted, you'll have a good, basic background, but the good type of basic. You also have an avatar with your name in it and a cool looking logo in the middle. You have a good-looking channel, and I can say it makes a good, professional first impression.

Audio Quality: 8/10 Though your voice wasn't anywhere, the music sounds clear! The audio sounded good!

Video Quality: 10/10 The editing is really good, and the videos are both HD...come to think of it, did you even want me to do this, seeing as you have a combined video time of less than 1 minute...whatever, I'll keep going anyway.

Commentary: n/a You haven't had any yet.

Overall Appeal: I can't give a rating for this, seeing as you have almost nothing on your channel...I don't even know if you wanted this haha, but you have two cool, nicely edited videos on your channel that are a good first step, as well as your channel design!

Thanks. Money is tight now, but eventually we do want to invest on things like an HD camera and try to work around the full screen thing. Thing is, all my videos used to be full screen but I guess with some of the 'updates' Youtube does, it suddenly had these damn black borders on the sides even though the videos were the same size they've always been. I might look into a video capture card but I might need a more powerful computer first. Certain things are tough to do cause doing too much makes the comp have lag or skipping issues. Thanks for the info, we'll try to improve the quality. =D

Channel Design: 10/10 I really like your background ! Since you're a partner, you have links up top, and your channel design is SOOO basic, but in the best way possible! You also have a good avatar, so don't change anything, I think it all looks good.

Audio Quality (specifically for gaming videos): 9/10 You have a really good mic, and you can hear what is going on in the background as well. It's a good setup, and it's very easy to hear everything, and it all sounds clear.

Video Quality: 10/10 You have mostly 720p videos, and your most recent one is even 1080p! You can also definitely tell the difference between the 360p and 720p, and today, it's a must-have to have these, so good to see you've got HD vids up!

Commentary/Content: 8/10 You're definitely...not...shy (I just saw the end of the world video haha). You have a wide variety of videos on your channel, from gaming to vlogs to other interesting stuff, like the Trailer. Your Minecraft videos were pretty funny, and you didn't seem nervous when talking on those videos.

Overall Appeal: 8/10 I think you're a funny guy, with some good opinions on a variety of topics. You've been uploading videos for over a year now, so it's obvious you have a good idea of what you want to do with your channel, and it's cool to see you decided to add the Minecraft dimension to your channel. Content: 9/10 My guess is that you do silent videos, since I have seen no talking in any of the videos I've watched. I'll admit, when I first clicked your channel, I thought "why would this guy want me to review his videos, I don't speak this language, I don't even know what language this is!", but after watching your videos, I can understand why. Your editing skills are really good, and the content is good. Your videos don't NEED talking to be entertaining.

Overall Appeal: 9.5/10 You have a good sub base, and you get tons of views, and I'm sure you can see why. I think your channel is fantastic, and you have a lot of talent for what you do. Keep up the good work, there's a reason you already have a good amount of success on YouTube!

Channel Design: 8/10 Your channel background is nice, and it has your name on it, but the one problem is the weird color change at the bottom, and how it goes from white to gray. It might just be my personal taste, but I feel it would look better if you made it white there, but that's just my opinion.

Audio Quality: 9/10 Your voice is easy to understand, and the mic you use is really clear, as is the game volume. There's really not much for you to improve here. I noticed you said you use a headset, which I'm jealous of haha, but that's good, it's a good way to record audio.

Video Quality: 9/10 You upload videos in HD, obviously, which is good since that's a necessity these days. Your videos do look really clear, and it's easy on the eyes to watch.

Commentary: 8/10 I find your commentary to be enjoyable, but in my opinion, there seems to be a lack of a lot of emotion. I have this same problem, so I don't want to come off as a hypocrite, but in 2 of the 3 videos I watched (I watched the 3 most recent ones), it almost sounded like you were trying to be quiet. Sometimes it's good to exaggerate a reaction on a death. But overall, you sound real, which is good. You don't sound like you're phony, or trying to really please a crowd. You seem comfortable behind the mic, which is really important for a YouTube gamer.

Overall Appeal: 8.5/10 Personally, I think you're really funny, and you definitely are real with your commentary. I've actually seen all of your Elevator Source videos (that game looks hilarious!), and I think you have a knack for making videos like this. Keep up the good work that you've done so far, I think you're on a good path, especially since you're only 3 weeks old! Your channel is growing really fast, and I wish you the best of luck while you continue to grow your channel!

Okay, I'm going to drop this "rating by category" thing, since it's kinda obnoxious for me. Here's my review:

Your two most recent videos are singing videos (duh!), and I've always had respect for people that are willing to put themselves out there on YouTube. While my videos consist of me hiding behind a microphone talking about video games, you're posting videos of yourself singing, and in my opinion, that takes some courage. So good job on that! You have a good voice as well, and I think you should keep doing more covers! The other stuff isn't really my cup of tea, but there's definitely an audience out there for stuff like that. The one problem with your channel is that there seems to be a jumble of stuff, and not in an organized way. Most channels that do things like singing, vlogging, and gaming, have a consistent pattern. On this channel, it seems like you'll upload 2 months of videos of others singing, then 1 month of volleyball vids, then back to just the singers. Try to mix them all in together a little bit, and include some of your covers in there. It's harder to please a wide audience, since some of your subs are there to watch the concern videos, while others want to see your covers, while others are there for the volleyball vids. Try to get everything more organized and don't just desert 1 type of video for a long time. Your channel seems mainly revolved around the concert videos, and while I'm not a big fan of that type of music, the quality on the videos are nice, compared to most other videos like that, and for the YouTubers out there that like that kind of music, your channel seems to be a good destination for it. Just try to get more organized, and keep doing covers! Good luck out there!

First off, try and make a unique channel background, one that maybe has the character Lance on it and your username, since that seems to be what your channel is revolved around. Now, I like what you're doing, since the videos you make are original, and I haven't seen much like it on YouTube yet. The Lance and Marcel videos are actually pretty funny, and I think you could really do something with those videos! One thing I did notice, though, is you uploaded 5 videos over the course of 2 days. Try to space the uploads a little better, stick to 1 upload a day, especially with what you're doing, I know it takes a little bit of time to edit and put the videos up on Youtube. Overall, the editing isn't bad, it's very casual, and I like it. And though it's completely your channel, and everything I say can be throw away if you want, but I think instead of uploading a lot of 1-2 minute videos, you should maybe make some 6-7 minute videos, and upload less, since those would probably be seen as more valuable! But overall, I think your channel is pretty good for only being 2 weeks old, and I think some things you will learn as your YouTube career goes on! Good luck!

So, I don't know if this is really a good idea or not, but I'll give it a shot. If you post in here, I'll review your channel on these factors: Channel Design, Audio Quality, Video Quality, Commentary (if it applies), Overall Appeal. It won't be insanely detailed reviews, but I'll do my best. I just thought it'd be a good idea because I know threads here move fast, and a lot of times people don't get the quality reviews they deserve! I'll try to keep up as best as I can, since I have the next 6 days off of school! If you want, let me know if you're interested!

Yeah this could be interesting. I would appreciate a bit more in depth feedback on my channel than usual, so when you've got the time rate me I will say one thing though. My nightmare house 2 lets play I have spent infinitely more time working on than the rest and the general format I have for them will be what I use for any future uploads.
