Well thats ur opinion. In my case i havent receive good support from anyone. Ive been redireted 3 times already. And no one gives me an answer or support.

Also the person that finally says is my partner manager tells me that my contract is longer than i signed for.

So do u see that as a good experience???
Well the answer is, your country doesn't have a high cpm. That's all there is to it. You signed the contract, so your stuck with it. This is why you do research BEFORE you sign something. You shouldn't have to expect them to work it all out for you. There's nothing they can do about it, so telling people not to apply to them is like a slap in the face. They can't control your country has a low cpm.

Buddy, stop blaming fullscreen. You are at fault. If you dont know how to read a contract and read how long it lasts, then you will get screwed over. Everyone on this forum and they're mothers are telling you how to fix it, but you are being way to arrogant to understand the support they are giving you, so shut up, calm down, and re-read the previous posts. Go read your contract. Im sure you are locked in for 2 - 3 years. They cant hold you in for longer.

Have you emailed your partner manager? No.
Did you not read the email that they sent you when they emailed you the contract? No.
Did you sign the contract? Yes.

How is this fullscreens fault, you obviously didnt read anything. Not even the contract. So before blaming anyone, blame yourself first. It will gain you respect from the members of YTTalk and from the fullscreen community.

And in my contract (the copy i receive) it says that the term is less than what they are telling me now.

And YES THEY SHOLD ALSO SAY THAT THE AD IN WICH THE CPM IS EXCELLENT. They shuld quote that is not good for latinamerica.

One. If its stated in your contract that you are locked in for 2 years, you are locked in for 2 years. No-one can say otherwise.

Two. Did you do research? If not, this is your fault. And they dont have to quote latin americas CPM. If they do latin america, they do most of the world too. They dont need to tell you that info, they expect you to know that already! Are you sure you researched? If so, im giving you an F- in that part.

You don't seem to be listening to anyones answers. Stop blaming fullscreen! YOU, and only YOU are at fault for it. YOU SIGNED THE CONTRACT!! And obviously you did NO research at all. I don't want to start an argument or anything but in my honest opinion you need to grow up and stop blaming other people for something you have done

i am just telling my personal experience about
1. Bad costumer service
2. Misleading ads
3. They dont even know my contract info when giving an answer. Its like calling At&t and talking about an iphone and them giving u info about a galaxy s3.

So My experience has been bad Yes.

As i SAID BEFORE since it SEEMS YOU DONT KNOW HOW TO READ.
In the first posts i SAID It was MY MISTAKE to sign With them, and there is nothing i can do about it.

BUt their info and advertising is very misleading.

I wouldnt be RANTING ABOTU ANYTHING, if they have giving me a good answer (even if i dont like the answer, i would have accepted). I sign a contract PERIOD.
BUT THE COSTUMER SERVICE HAS BEEN AWFUL.

1. no response
2. Getting ignored
3. They dont have info of my contract when they answer questions.
4. Ive been transfered to 3 or 4 people.
5. PARTNER MANAGER redirects me to support
6. SUPPORT redirects me to partner manager.

And in not one response ive received an answer. The answer i only receive.
PLZ CONTACT SOMEONE ELSE FOR THIS.
