Mocking on channel videos while making the same content of theirs like having an actor cutting his hair like them and tries to speak like them and similar back ground without copying any music or their videos, and for example if they are named: Umbrella i'm gonna name the logo like Unbmella with the same design...

all of this in a comic way, my channel is about Comedy and Enterteinement

Is this allowed in YouTube as part of the freedom or speech or not, will that get make video shut down ?

Depends are where you live. Not all countries have fair use policy or even freedom of speech.

Don't forget in the UK a man got arrest for saying what the government deemed as hateful. Plus isn't the UK in process of making parody illegal with there copyright bill.

My answer is, it depends on where you live and where the person you are parodying lives.
