Yes but apparently they haven't been replying to this email so you might want to send in random support emails every now and then to make sure they're replying and find out what their reply times are like

Not that I`ve heard of, the guy I was in contact with , they didn`t pay him out when he had 1,700$....

If that's true that is bad but maybe there is more to it among other things but I do feel sorry for the guy.
