Don't freak out, probably nothing will happen! BUT you should have Ad Sense that's the best way to make sure you don't click on the ads.

Nothing will happen at all lol... I've clicked on my ads a number of times by accident... They really only start to get annoyed when you do it on purpose and make a habit from it..

Yeah, I've done it at least once, and nothing ever came of it. Adblock will prevent the problem in the future though

I have actually heard of them banning accounts for just clicking on your own ads just a couple of times. That's exactly why I have ad blocker on all the time.
