Ohaple i noticed recently you have gone to a new method where you post like 3 hour plus long videos its get 300 views only in a month or so but i bet you getting lots of beef with those watch times is this working well for you can you please guide me on this one?

This helped me so much - I kept on scratching my head trying to figure out why I am not getting quick views, but reading this I realize I am using a consistent upload model and that my views are evenly spread throughout my vids, with a few exceptions here and there. I'll definitely work on social media marketing from this point on!

Nice post - I've been using the consistency model, but never really thought about it much. As you said, this model works much better for my channel because it's mostly comedy videos.

Just a tip for anyone who wants to use this model, twitter can be extremely useful for finding viewers. By finding a lot of people, it can greatly increase your subscribers, and many of them stay active :)

I've been trying the consistency method, and it worked well, but as soon as I stopped, so did the growth. So a little tip for anyone trying that method: once you start, never ever stop. I don't even know why I stopped, but I'm back on track and t growth is back.

Thank you for the enlightening advice man, I've been looking into these gateway videos lately as i've seen them mentioned a few times on these forums. Can't wait!
