I got most of this down already, except for the schedule... I'm always so busy with my sporadic work schedule and hanging friends that I just don't have the time for a schedule. I just upload when I have the chance, really. I feel that the quality of my videos is very acceptable, too. When recording games, I use my Haupaugge PVR 2, and my Samsun USB condensed mic has perfect sound quality, and yet I'm not getting much feedback.

Good stuff! One important tip I'd like to add is COLLABORATION.

When you collaborate with other YouTubers, you have the potential to attract each other's subs. You multiply your audience and utilizing each other's promotional outlets: Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, etc.

What one should do is to simply post videos weekly (Thursday evening) and make it seem that you enjoy posting the videos...funny and people will want to see it...
