How to get out of a contract with a s****y company.

So Machinima wants to partner my gaming channel but I am already partnered with Acifin.

I emailed them asking to be removed from their network and they said I signed a 5 year deal....

I DONT RECALL even ever signing anything with my hand and faxing it to them and im pretty sure it has to for it to be legal right?

I need out. What are my options so I can get this machinima partnership?
 
Well that's just it though...

I don't remember signing anything, digitally or by hand.

And I certainly am not stupid enough to sign for 5 years with anything.

Not when i knew machinima was down the line for me.

Is there a way I can breach said (fake contract)?

Have you received any emails from Machinima, containing a contract?
It could be a glitch, I remember Vultra had a bad glitch at one point were when a channels was sent a contract , they were just auto partnered instead of actually having to sign :p

Machinima has not sent it to me yet. However Luke Wang is the man I am talking to and he said he would be sending it to me.

I feel like there has to be a way out of this regardless though because 5 years is ridiculous.
 
Do you still have the contract you agreed to ??? I keep mine in a saved file. If not get them to email it to you in the end your stuck at the mercy of them as soon as you clicked your channel over to them on youtube. Machinma has long contracts to by the way and last i heard they were paying bad to
 
Then I must have because they control my earnings I cant even see them on Youtube..

But I def was not informed of 5 years anything. I have asked them for a copy of the contract and yes Machinima has given me a contract length I am interested in. Thats why I want to be with them.

I was never informed (just checked every email) that it was a 5 year contract.
