I follow a lot of those tips but despite getting a slow trickle of subs, I am trying to figure out how to increase that flow of subs to be higher. I already have Youtube to announce my uploads on my Twitter and Facebook on my pages, which helps.

thanks for the great advice! we always use HD quality videos becuase that what everyone prefers also we are only using windows movie maker but well look to get onto your suggestions when we gain more support... keep going you know your stuff!
