How to get MORE VIEWS on your YouTube Videos!?!?!

Hey guys, I would also like to add some stuff to this. For you IRL guys (in real life)
1) If you do videos a good thing is to have a banner made that you can put up behind you while your on video.
2) Get some business cards made up that have all your social networks and YT channels.
3) See if you can make up some fliers and put them around on some telephone polls.
4) Make a little pamflet that has interesting facts on it. Then say "This has been brought to you by (Your channel Name) on Youtube, please come and check us out." Then get 1000 made up and go around and ask resterants if you can leave some on the tables. So customers can read them.
5) Contact any local radio stations and ask if they do any " free fill in advertising" spots.
6) Post it in your local news paper.
These are all old school promotion tactics that YT gave out when the partnership program first started.
Just a few ideas.

You know what I like about these tips? I like that they aren't all just based online. Yeah, old school has a bit of place in the new school. :) Thanks.

- Video Editing Software -FREE: Windows Movie Maker (simple, and a great starting point, but has limitations); PAID: iMovie (very simple, Mac's only), Sony Vegas (Great programme for any PC user), Adobe Premier (a step down from Vegas, but still a great programme).

Cheers, JTA [Joe]

Great article over all... Thanks for the collection of great steps. The only issue is I would have to disagree with your statement about Sony Vegas and Adobe Premier... Premier is a huge leap ahead of Sony Vegas... especially with how well it is integrated with After Effects, Photoshop and all the CS line.. If you can.. I would go for Final Cut 7 if you can find a copy... Or Get an AVID.. But as they say it is not the tool it is the artist that makes the art.. Find the tools you feel the most comfortable with and make your mark on this world.
