How Long did it take you to reach 50,100 or 1000 SUBS?

I currently have 402 subscribers,

since hitting 100 subs around a year ago I've found i haven't grown much in subscribers and probably decreased in views.

Is this normal or am i doing something wrong. I'm not good at promoting myself or my videos so any advise would be greatly appreciated.

Technically it took me 3 months to hit 100 subs however I received 80 subs in 1 month and the initial first 2 months were very slow.
 
Still working on both of those goals! I currently only have about 12 subscribers and I have been at it since about May. However there have been a lot of breaks in between so I would say it's been more like 5 months of actually posting content. While my subscribers haven't been growing much I have been seeing an increase in my views so that is really what I focus my attention on! I feel like everyone's journey is different!
 
It took me 4 months to break 100 and it's gotten a bit easier. I've been setting small goals for myself and I tend to write everything down on my big planner board. I also have some ideas and other projects in store than just Let's Plays. As much as I love doing Let's Plays, I want to try some other things, albeit they will still be gaming related.
 
Took me about 3-4 months to get 100. And probably 2-3 months to get where I am currently (been doing youtube for about 7 months
