This is not true and is misinformation.
Why do you think all networks require commentary over their gaming videos?!?!?!?!?!

It's because they would claim the same "fair use" statute as anyone else with adsense would.
It's simple logic, how could you believe every network has a deal with every gaming publisher.
It's simple logic, how could you believe that networks don't have to pay for these rights?
It's simple logic, how could you believe that networks pay for these rights and don't charge you for them?

Um no, you are the one with misinformation. Why do you think people get copyright strikes all the time from games they don't have licences for?

Do your research before you post something like this.
 
I can't believe how many people make YouTube their hobby, claim fair use and don't have a clue as to what it means!

Codified in Section 107 of the UNITED STATES COPYRIGHT LAW makes no statement about earning money, you made that part up!

The only network that does not have a set contract is TGN, and I thought they changed that!
TGN also caps your CPM's at absurdly low amount, I wouldn't suggest them to anyone as i've heard so many complaints.

People get copyright strikes because someone clicks the flag (or uses CVP) and flags the video as a copyright infringment!
Obviously?
Is that a troll comment?
You can't tell what network someone is with (or if they are in a network) when flagging videos, your point is obviously moot..

People get copyright strikes because they do not own the licences for it. When they are partnered with certain networks that provide the licences, they can post the videos without getting a copyright strike.

YouTube is in the United States and their servers are in the United States
Their laws apply!
How can you not know this?
I'm not even from America, i'm Canadian but i'm also a Youtuber therefor anything I upload is subject to their laws.
Obviously.


Enjoy my copyright strike? I have written permission for every upload I do and I provide this written permission to any other channel.

I have access to CVP, an semi-automated system for taking down videos via another very large channel I collaborate with.​
I can fully confirm there is no way to see if someone is with a network with that system either!​
