Does anyone know about Exonia Network ?

I think you misread my post. I meant urge people not to. I think my post speaks for itself. Exonia used illegal methods to obtain a CMS. There is NO reason to join them.

If I could shed a bit of light on the subject. Exonia purchased their CMS and they have monetization only meaning that they probably have some issues with their CMS. All networks have access to Content ID so if a network doesn't it usually means they have done something wrong. In this case they purchased an account with CMS so I would urge people to to join them as they could be closed at any time.
Proof? You cannot "purchase" access to Content Manager. If you have a partner manager it's not that hard to gain access through them and then set them up as an MCN once you have the CMS account.

The owner purchased a YouTube account with Content ID already attached to it. I know how CMS and Content ID works, your comment was insulting.

As do I. I highly doubt you could start an MCN and sign contracts with Google when the account existed to someone else - their partner manager and technical account manager would know it's someone different. Again if you can provide proof that this was the case that would be good. This would be fine if management changed of course and the new management now manage the CMS account.

When I talked with them the employee was very friendly.

Base split was 30-70 for 2 years, worse than some, better than some on both split and contract length.
Requirement for this was 10k views per month.

They are a small network with 4 employees and no sales team, so they serve ads directly from AdSense. With a small network you're more likely to get good support but wont have as many resources.

Since this will turn into a ******* war I will end it here. I spoke to the owner over Skype. His co-owner said they can only monetize and can not ID content with 3rd party matches. I asked why, his response was because they purchased it. Every MCN is not a Fullscreen or Machinima. They link to an AdSense and pull revenue. Whether they have spoke to Google or not is out of my mind, but from the facts I was told and the comments I have heard the dots connect.

If a network is in question at all I think it speaks for itself. Thats the end of my portion. I do well enough on YouTube to care very little about other networks. If people want to risk their account by linking it to a CMS with questionable starts all power to them.

Yes and no. The company I work for is top 50 ranked on YouTube network wise and we have a small team. With that being said we still sell ads and benefit our producers. They have no ad sales team and with YouTube new layouts the benefits are small. So your basically saying that 30% of your earnings is worth support. I work with guys that make thousands monthly. It makes no sense to lose $1000 for support and nothing else.

LOL, Can't even have a intellectual discussion. Nice.

Er, they are. Those who applied for Content ID and were approved, though that is indeed different if that was what you were referring to.

You do a lot more than speak to Google when starting an MCN. It involves contracts and probably even meetings.

Maybe you think I'm sticking up for them I am not. I am just proving the statements you made were invalid as YouTube does not sell access to Content Manager. You either are given access by your contact(s) at YouTube or you apply and get approved for Content ID.

I honestly think you are illiterate. No where in my discussion did I say someone purchased a CMS from Google. I said they purchased an account with a CMS from a person.

Setting up a network involves meeting with Google. I can highlight it for you to read but the keyword is network meaning MCN. Google does not meet with every person with a CMS. CMS accounts exist largely on YouTube, but most are simply used for music artists or content creators to protect their content.

MCN's involve meetings with YouTube. My comment about a ******* war speaks for itself. You are not here to hold an intellectual discussion, you are here to be right.

I have proved my point and my facts are valid. If you know you are right there is no reason to defend any further. Read over what I said and I suppose you can craft a response from there. I have worked for a few of the top 10 MCN's. I know YouTube and how it works. Before you try to explain your "knowledge" read what other people have wrote.
