Common issues that keep you under 1,000 subscribers

I am trying really hard to become a real youtuber and make it as my full time job one day. Still i grow really slowly and most of my subscribers are other youtubers that mostly care about their channels to grow so not really having real fans. What can i do to start having a real growth and gain real fans?

I actually do! Have twitter account with 1.6k followers and post daily my videos there, but still nothing! Because at twitter its also and everyone has hundreds of friends so in their feed you just get lost :(
 
I actually meant searching for forums, groups on Facebook and communities on G+. As Twitter doesn't offer such categorization it's basically shouting into the forest.

Yeah you are right, even if most of my followers are from pewdiepies twitter page, still it is how you describe it. I will try thank you very much for your help you are awesome! :)
 
ive heard of doing this and trying to do some of it on my days off really hard working 40+ and sometimes weekends but yes it does get you a few more views

Still few views unfortunately won't do any change and usually these viewers won't return :( Its so hard because Youtube doesn't promote small channels, even though they know that this would just mean more quality content!

Yeah i understand what you mean. So far i don't have any negativity on my videos but yeah maybe i need to try harder. And maybe i try to promote to the wrong audience :(
