Can't gain anymore subscribers?

Hey guys, i've been on youtube a year now. I know the ins and outs. But right now I've suddenly hit a gate where i can't get anymore subscribers despite my efforts and I'm afraid my 30 subscribers will start shrinking. Any tips to gain more publicity or attention? Should i pay more attention to my tags? Please help guys!

You gotta upload more videos and more consistently, mate. People aren't gonna sub if they see you make content like once a month. They don't even know if you're still alive at that point. You should at least have like 50 videos by now. And engage with your audience. Show off your personality. Like, talk to your audience in the video. Maybe fit some time at the end. Tell them to subscribe, thank them for all the support, get people engaged down below in them comments. Be ready to answer the question 'I subscribed. What do I get in return?'

Active members looking for specific advice for their channel based on their existing channel or videos may ask for a review in the review forum.
