They are a really horrible network, don't fall for their trap. Just wait a bit until you can get into a better network, i waited 2 years and now i'm getting partnered with Fullscreen/CreatorX
 
If it helps you guys, i got starred in 2 of their video's, and got mentioned in the best background of the week.

they have there own phone number (they are a limited liability company) all you have to do is call them and then ask for youtube partnership support i do it all the time
 
I just got partnered with them today. It was a quick invitation only took a day lol. I have only 7 subs. They seem legit or at least I hope so.
