I'd say wait and go with a Network with requirements but they are fine if you're just looking for the features I guess. Minimum payout isn't good

He means when you are trying to unpartner them they don't respond back so you don't get unpartnered which violates the contract.

i've read the contract three times you are locked in for two years there is no way out unless either party is in breach of the contract

I wasn't talking about the revenue share "Minimum payout" referring to you must get $100 in revenue before they pay you. But yes the revenue share is 70% net revenue.
